You are welcome to bring your own headset, controller and/or keyboard. If you bring a Playstation Controller, you must bring a compatible USB cable. Xbox controllers can be connected wirelessly via Bluetooth.

Do not bring any food or drinks near our equipment. Drinks are allowed but must be in a sealed, leak-proof container. Consuming alcohol or other substances is strictly prohibited.

PCs are used for approved gaming purposes only; all other uses are prohibited.

Never download games/software; don’t change computer settings without permission.

Bags and personal belongings must always be stored under the desk or at a staff-designated location and out of the way.

All lab equipment, including hardware, peripherals, and furniture, is not to be removed for any reason.

Personal gear, including peripherals, backpacks, etc., must not show discriminatory or profane decals.

Gaming sessions will be capped at 120 minutes if others are waiting to use the PCs. Please honor and respect the time of others.

No new users and no new games should be started with less than 30 minutes left in operating hours.

Be sure to log out of all game accounts before leaving your station.

DEL does not allow you to transmit any material that is unlawful, abusive, or harassing. (See your membership agreement for complete terms)

You cannot impersonate another person or gamer.

No outside food or beverages are allowed in our facility. We do offer affordable drinks and snacks. Only beverages in a sealed container are allowed at the PC and console gaming stations.

DEL is happy to host special game nights for various groups. We do not allow parties, but can host educational and leadership development opportunities for groups of all ages. To learn more, contact us.

Our organization holds character in high regard we as that ever person that enters our facility to be respectful and to follow the DEL code of conduct that includes:

No Bad Manners.

No Cheating.

No Weapons.

No Drugs or Alcohol.

No Smoking or Vaping.

No Colitiation.

You are responsible for any damage you cause.

Failure to comply with our code of conduct may result in disqualification, ban from events, forfeit of prizes/points, asked to leave the facility without a refund, terminate your membership or a ban from our facility.

You must be 13 years or older to enter Dubuque Esports League without a parent or guardian unless. Children 12 years and under are prohibited from being in Dubuque Esports League without a parent or guardian accompanying them.

You must be 13 years or older to compete in a T-Rated game. Under 19 must have signed parental consent to play in M-Rated game competition. Children 12 years old and under can compete in an E-Rated event with a parent or guardian's supervision.

Please note that Dubuque Esports League is not a child-care facility or daycare center and is not otherwise licensed or overseen by any government authority in any state wherein operation.
