The Dubuque Esports League is overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors, consisting of exceptionally talented community members who fully embody our organization's mission and values. Our dedicated co-founders, Susie Quinn and Shelby Wartick, established the league in September 2022 and continue to volunteer their time to bring the world of esports to the youth of the Tri-State community.

The DEL Board of Directors oversees our staff leadership and volunteers, ensuring adherence to the organization's mission and vision while maintaining fiscal responsibility. They provide leadership in various areas, including finance, human resources, fund development, information technology, esports, mental wellness, educational programming, marketing, and more.

Susie Quinn, as a volunteer Executive Director, oversees the day-to-day operations of DEL, supervises staff, manages finances, and strives to create impact through our valuable mission.
