Support Your Community with Dubuque County Flags of Valor

Join us in honoring our nation while making a difference right here in Dubuque County!

Dubuque County Flags of Valor is a collaborative fundraiser benefiting several local nonprofit organizations. When you become a Flags of Valor supporter, a beautiful American flag will be proudly displayed in your front yard at dawn and respectfully retired at dusk on five patriotic holidays each year:

  • Memorial Day

  • Flag Day

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day

  • Veterans Day

For just $50 per year, per flag, you can proudly display your patriotism while supporting a local nonprofit. Every dollar raised stays with the nonprofit organization that installs and cares for your flag.

Sign-Up Deadlines

To begin receiving flag service on the following holiday, please sign up by:

  • November 1 – Veterans Day

  • May 15 – Memorial Day

  • June 20 – Independence Day (July 4)

  • August 15 – Labor Day
