Guidelines

• Complete the Scholarship Application fully and submit it at least 30 days before your desired camp. Applications are reviewed and eligible awards are given in the order in which the applications were received. The number and amounts of scholarships awarded depend on the funds' availability.

• Only fully completed applications will be accepted.

• An application must be completed for each child interested in attending camp on scholarship. Applications for siblings will each be considered individually.

• Camp scholarships are awarded based on financial need. The need is determined using guidelines set by the federal government. Extenuating circumstances may be considered, such as illness, loss of job, foster care, death of wage earner, etc.

• Scholarship funds may be used to cover camp registration fees only.

• Those awarded scholarships will be notified by Dubuque Esports League and will be provided instructions on registering for camp.

• If a scholarship is awarded, we ask that you please send a thank you note that can be shared with scholarship donor(s).
  
  

Please read these scholarship guidelines carefully. All information is kept strictly confidential and shared only with the scholarship committee members. All financial information is shredded after the scholarship committee reaches its decision.
